[Hcom] BWC Antenna (correction)

The "BWC"  Butterworth Campus fell off the first sentence of my previous
e-mail.  It should have read (  BWC Funding has been holding them up,  but
they are proceeding now.   The antenna should be done in the next couple of
weeks.    RACES will be needed to do the terminations.   Sorry,  Bro. Bob
